Ordering and delivery

Since INNR is offered in collaboration with JusRé, shipping and orders are handled together and follow the same conditions.

When placing your online order, you can specify a preferred delivery date during checkout. At JusRé, we are committed to delivering your order on the day you requested. We work hard to ensure smooth and timely delivery. However, unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control—such as weather conditions, transport issues, or other unexpected events—may occasionally occur.

We want you to be aware of this risk and emphasize that we will do everything we can to minimize any delays. Of course, our team is always ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

We understand how important your order is to you, and we thank you for your understanding and patience in the event of any delay. How do webshop orders work?

Since INNR is offered in collaboration with JusRé, shipping and orders are handled together and follow the same conditions.

We cover the shipping cost for you with a minimum order of €80. If the order amount is less than €80, a €10 shipping fee will be charged. Shipping is carried out by a postal or courier service and is subject to their service standards. Deliveries can be closely tracked via their track & trace system and take place on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (excluding public holidays and bridge days).

Since we know our customers lead active lives, you can optionally choose (for a €2.50 surcharge) delivery on Monday evening (between 5 PM and 10 PM). This evening delivery can also be tracked via track & trace.

If you'd like to receive your delivery no later than midday, you can optionally choose (for a €5.00 surcharge) delivery before 12:30 PM.

From what order amount is shipping included in the total price?

From €80 and up, we offer free standard shipping via postal or courier service. That may seem like a high amount—and we agree, as fellow consumers. However, this minimum amount is necessary to maintain the cold chain.

Please note that we have around 220 sales points across Belgium. If you still want home delivery but would prefer to test the products first before placing a larger order, you’re more than welcome to visit one of them. Feel free to ask us at love@jusre.be where your nearest point of sale is.

Can I store INNR outside the fridge?

INNR must always be kept refrigerated, between 0 and 7°C depending on preference. It’s best enjoyed straight from the fridge!

There is sediment in my bottle, is that okay?

This is completely normal, natural juice settles. It may not look as appealing, but it doesn’t affect the taste or nutritional value. On the contrary, it's a sign of freshness! Just give those vitamins a good shake, literally, and enjoy!
